Global food prices fall after Ukrainian wheat shipments resume.

He said this is partly thanks to the resumption of exports from Ukraine's Black Sea ports, which resumed after a deal was brokered by the UN and Turkey.

Prices have fallen steadily since March, falling 1.9 percent in August.

The drop was also down on "improved production prospects in North America and Russia."
