The numerous reports of Russian soldiers being in dire conditions on the front lines, lacking food, proper combat equipment and medicine, is best demonstrated by a recently released video.

A Ukrainian soldier is seen testing the "durability" of a Russian soldier's helmet - which should actually be able to withstand a bullet, Telegraph reports.

In fact, it does not withstand the weapons of the Ukrainian soldiers, but not even a punch to the head.

The moment the Ukrainian soldier punches him, he contorts.

And if that wasn't enough, he hits it with the head and distorts it even more, proof that their equipment is outdated and that they are far behind modern technology, which is mainly applied by Western countries - NATO member countries.

Since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Vladimir Putin's soldiers have complained about a lack of adequate equipment, lack of food and medicine for the wounded on the front line.

They are even often seen committing thefts in the homes of Ukrainian civilians.

However, when they were asked why they are doing this - many of them admitted that they have no food, and that Moscow does not want to hear about the conditions they are living in Ukraine.
