Jennifer Flavin has filed for divorce from Sylvester Stallone after 25 years of marriage, the Daily Mail reported.

"Furthermore, the spouse shall be enjoined from selling, transferring, assigning, encumbrance or dispersing any assets during the pendency of the proceeding," the documents state.

Stallone's publicist insisted last week that he come out with a statement that all is well with his marriage and update his tattoo, but after its press release, everything went "wrong."

Perez also posted a picture of his work, but took it down when commenters began asking why the star had covered up the picture of his wife.

Stallone's third marriage appeared to be one of Hollywood's strongest yet, even though the couple's romance got off to a rocky start.

The two met for the first time in 1988, shortly after his brief second marriage to Brigitte Nielsen fell apart.

They met at a restaurant in Beverly Hills when she was a 20-year-old model and he was a star in Rambo III, a film that won him a Golden Raspberry Award for worst actor.

Meanwhile, Sylvester moved in with model Janice Dickinson, who shared in the press that he is the father of her little girl.

It also ended with her when it turned out after a DNA test that he was not the father.

Stallone then became engaged to actress Angie Everhart, but it never materialized, and he returned to Flavin again.

They married on May 17, 1997, at London's posh Dorchester Hotel, and with Stallone's reputation as a playboy, few predicted they would last long.

But their marriage lasted for 25 years, from which the two had three daughters - Sofia, now 25, Sistine - 24 and Scarlett, 20.

Sylvester also had two sons with his first wife Sasha Chak - Sage, who died of coronary artery disease in 2012 aged 36, and Siarjoh, aged 43.

Stallone often jokes about his lack of testosterone, having spent years surrounded only by women.

Having three daughters, he said he was "a free passport to hell" during a 2010 interview.

The OPG that was smashed for mente documents and money made Sylvester Stallone Bulgarian

"Everything in the house is female.

The toys, the housekeeper, all the dogs," he said in a 2010 interview. "The only dog I have that's male is neutered...I'm next," the actor joked.

On their anniversary this year, he tweeted: “Happy 25th anniversary to my amazing wife.

There are not enough words to describe what this incredibly selfless, dedicated, patient woman means to our lives and I only wish they were 25 more!

Thank you sweetie!” Sylvester finished.

She responded with a post of her own.

“Thank you for always making me laugh, loving and protecting our beautiful family!

Our marriage gets better every year!

I can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together!" Apparently the end of their happy days is near.
