Kanye West took an active role in the construction of his $57 million (€55.5 million) Malibu home when he visited the site on Friday.

The 45-year-old rapper had a special guest with him, the model of

Kanye's focus on his dilapidated home, which he bought last year for a staggering $57.3 million (€55.8 million), comes as he returned to social media once again, albeit this time for a post that poked fun at his ex-wife Kim Kardashian or her ex, Pete Davidson.

Kanye was dressed in an all-black sweatshirt for the site visit.

The outfit had a black hood with slashed sleeves, revealing a hint of his bare chest underneath.

He looked comical as he pulled at the strings of his hood, scraping it down so that there was only a small hole for his eyes to poke through.

Kanye matched his hoodie with nondescript black shorts, and he stayed on theme with a pair of long black socks and black Yeezy sneakers.

Walking alongside the producer was Corgan, who had her dark hair tied back in a bun and a set of black sunglasses that obscured her face.

She followed Kanye's lead and pulled up the hood to partially cover her lower face.

Corgan, who was previously seen on the set of "Top Gun: Maverick" with West, showed off her athletic figure later when the pair entered the house.

She was seen standing on a balcony enjoying the bright sunshine while wearing blue leggings which showed off her toned legs.

She contrasted the sporty outfit with a pair of black pointed heels.

Monica took off her sunglasses as she and Kanye found a patch of shade on another part of the balcony and chatted.

The two could be seen smiling ear to ear at one point.

The "Flashing Lights" rapper pulled out his phone at one point and she leaned over to look at its screen.

The house, which was originally put on the market for $75 million (€73 million), was designed by renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando.

Kanye has been fascinated by Ando's work since observing some of his striking architecture during a visit to Japan's 'art island' Naoshima, according to Dirt.

The Malibu home, which is one of Andos' few U.S. structures, has been completely gutted by Kanye, who is far from finished with renovations, tabloid

TMZ

reported last month.

Until now, Kanye has revealed almost nothing about his relationship with Corgan.

The two were first spotted in June, around the time of his split from model Chaney Jones.

West and Corgan were photographed at the premiere of Tom Cruise's Top Gun: Maverick.
