On the sixth night of the gastronomy festival in Pristina, the 'Prishtina Gastronomy Festival', the participants had the opportunity to taste delicious food prepared by the chef from Tirana, Bleri Dervishi

.

Antipasto, smoked chicken fillet, mixed with fresh vegetables and accompanied by wines, were the chef's specialty on the sixth night of the second edition at the 'Prishtina Gastronomy Festival'.

"In cooperation with Kosmonte Foods, we have prepared three dishes with three different wines.

The first antipasto was a smoked chicken fillet carpaccio, with some Himalayan salt, sour napa cheese and umus chice.

The second dish was an avon filled with mushrooms, since we are in Pristina, so it is an area that is not wet by the sea, and those flavors of the earth are better suited.

Then mushrooms, tomatoes, fresh spinach and some lemon.

And the main course is a chicken fillet cooked with olive oil, fresh tomatoes and spinach on top.

Those leaves you can see are some chips made with kačkavalli cheese", Dervishi told Telegrafin.

He then added that he was also present in the first edition of the festival, in 2019, but this time, according to him, the change is very big compared to the last time.

"For me, it is the second event in a row, that I participated in the gastronomy festival in Pristina.

I think it is a very good initiative.

There is an even bigger difference between this year's festival and 2019, i.e. the first edition.

There are even more people here to sample the food and promote the drinks and wines.

There is growth in 360 degrees between the first edition and this edition", concluded Dervishi.

Gashi said that people's interest in being served by this fruit shop is also related to the music and music preferences of the participants.

"People's motivation varies from day to day, of course this is related to music preferences.

When it was Eli Fara and Aurela Gaçe, it was normal that there was greater interest", she said.
