The Gastronomy Festival in Pristina is continuing its activities.

On the second night of this festival, the participants had the opportunity to have fun with the beautiful music of the Vlora folklore and the delicious traditional foods of the first Albanian capital.

The famous chef Bujar Veshi came from the beautiful city of Vlora to bring a taste to the Prishtina Gastronomy Festival, the special dish called "Kosova in the bay of Vlora".

Chef Bujari brought innovation to the cuisine of the festival with a dish, the preparation of which, he says, was inspired by the events of 1999 in Kosovo.

"This dish is new, we have called it Kosova in the bay of Vlora.

This is to remember those close moments we had with each other, especially the events of 1999, where many Kosovars found shelter and stayed in our houses, with their brothers.

I was inspired by this and I made a dish for Kosovo", said Veshi, for Telegrafin.

While the owner of the business "E buka e dheut", Fjolla Lluka, told Telegrafi that in this edition of this festival they will present their butters prepared with organic ingredients.

"For our store 'The beauty of the earth', it is the first time that we participate as a business in an organization like this.

It is a novelty for us, to participate in this kind of organization with our food here.

This is because we are based on organic food and healthy food.

Here we decided to part with peanut, almond and hazelnut butter, which are exclusive to our store.

In this festival, we have brought the novelty of the orchard and tea", she said.

We expect that the requests will increase because our goal is to make people aware of eating healthy", she said.
