Nitish Kumar is running his term as the Chief Minister of Bihar for the fifth time.

But the kind of silence he has maintained on the violence in the state over the Agneepath scheme in the last four days shows that he should be deliberately silent.

Protesters are setting fire to trains at different places, railway stations being set ablaze, homes, offices and cars of BJP leaders being attacked.

And all this is happening with Nitish Kumar's ally BJP.

After the attacks by the protesters, there is now an atmosphere of tension between the two allies.

Nitish Kumar, who was earlier known as Sushasan Babu in the state bureaucracy, did not say a word sympathetic after the protestors attacked the house of Deputy CM Renu Devi.

In view of the beginning of violence in the state and its increasing scope with each passing day, CM Nitish Kumar did not even make any appeal to the young protesters like not to perform violently.

This attitude of Nitish Kumar forced BJP to think on whose side he is on?

PM Narendra Modi, who has always had a complicated relationship with Nitish Kumar, has made it clear by giving additional security to 10 BJP leaders in the state that he no longer trusts the Nitish Kumar government.

In fact, Bihar BJP President Sanjay Jaiswal had expressed his concern to Home Minister Amit Shah and party President JP Nadda regarding the security of top party leaders in the state.

It was only after this that the Center decided to increase the security of these leaders.

During the protest against the Agneepath scheme, the house of Sanjay Jaiswal himself was vandalized.

Sanjay Jaiswal had also accused the Nitish Kumar government of deliberately ignoring such incidents for these incidents.

After the allegations of Bihar BJP President, JDU had replied that there is no need to give protection to anyone under his rule.

During the demonstration, property worth hundreds of crores of railways was damaged.

Nitish Kumar himself has been the Railway Minister of the country.

They know very well that in a state like Bihar, protesters can target railways and railway tracks during demonstrations.

Still, he did not take any steps to increase the security in time.

In the midst of the protests for the last three days, Nitish Kumar did not give any such instructions to his officers so that the violence could be reduced.

Amidst all this, the question is why Nitish Kumar is 'silent' even after seeing so much?

I also spoke to several leaders of his party and two Bihar cadre officials who are considered close to Nitish Kumar.

He told that Nitish Kumar feels that the Agneepath plan has been prepared in a wrong way.

And this is not right from anywhere for the youth of North India.

Ignoring the violence in the state, Nitish Kumar wants to send a message to the BJP that they should withdraw this scheme.

A Bihar cadre official told that the situation Nitish Kumar is in, how can he not support this scheme, which has already been rejected by the youth of North India.

The people of Bihar are most dependent on government jobs than any other state in the country.

Does the BJP think that Nitish Kumar will be happy with the displeasure of voters, especially when the opposition in Bihar is also opposed to the scheme?

When I spoke to a JDU leader, he told that Nitish ji is an experienced administrator and is excellent in drafting (law).

They feel that no one talks in detail on any scheme or bill at the Center under the leadership of Modi.

Plans or bills are made or passed without any discussion.

This is the reason why they have to withdraw such bills (like agriculture law, land acquisition law) later on.

The way changes are being made in the Agneepath scheme, it is clear that Modi brings the plan first and thinks later.

Nitish Kumar in such an environment his old friend Late.

Very much miss Arun Jaitley, who had a great experience in drafting a scheme or a bill.

It is not entirely coincidental that Nitish Kumar was harmed earlier by BJP leaders.

PM Modi and Amit Shah are with Nitish Kumar.

According to the Center for Monitoring Indian Economy, Bihar is the second state in the country in the list of youth unemployed.

Here 38.84 lakh youth are looking for jobs.

The unemployment rate in Bihar is 12.8 percent, which is much higher than the national level of 7.7 percent.

Due to limited private industrialization in Bihar, the youth here are left with the option of going to government jobs.

The share of private industrialization in the state's GDP is 19 percent.

Many factories have also been closed during the current tenure of CM Nitish Kumar.

This is the root of Nitish Kumar's opposition to the 'Agneepath' plan.

PM Modi has also publicly rejected Nitish Kumar's extraordinary economic package for the state.

Hence, Nitish Kumar could not improve his relations with PM Modi and Amit Shah even after going with the BJP in 2017.

Mutual estrangement and public spat is a common thing.

Nitish Kumar had also made fun of Amit Shah's statement in the past, in which he had said that history must be written again and again.

Nitish Kumar wants caste census in the state, BJP is against it.

That's why Nitish Kumar, meeting his opponents in Bihar, announced that he would soon start the work of counting of castes in the state.

In the past few weeks, Nitish Kumar asked RCP Singh to step down as Union Steel Minister for not being sent to the Rajya Sabha.

Along with this, the bungalow in Unta Patna was also snatched from him.

What is Singh's crime in this?

All this was done because he has become closer to PM Modi than Nitish Kumar.

Two days ago there was such a discussion that Nitish Kumar had a long conversation with senior Congress leader Kamal Nath.

Kamal Nath had requested him to leave the BJP.

First Nitish Kumar separates from BJP but later comes together only so that he remains the Chief Minister of the state.

Cooperation of each other is done keeping in mind the mutual benefit.

The fear of betraying each other is forcing both the parties to hold talks now.

It may actually be more effective than leaving it out.
