The President of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, has fat assets declared in the Anti-Corruption Agency.

Only the real estate he owns, or co-owns, exceeds the value of 1 million euros.

According to what he stated, Haradinaj has a residential house of 950 m2, which is worth 300 thousand euros under construction.

The head of AAK said that he rented this house.

Further, Haradinaj stated that he jointly owns a family house - Kulla, of 800 m2 square.

According to him, this house is worth 270 thousand euros and was built in the period 2005-2007, with benefits obtained from the sale of previous properties.

He also stated that he jointly owns a hilly land, of 200 hectares, which he bought in privatization in 2009, in the amount of 75 thousand euros.

Another land - Haradinaj has stated that he owns it which is worth 27 thousand 300 euros, in an area of ​​21.50 gold that he bought in 2005. In this regard, Haradinaj said that he had transformation.

"The property was given with a co-investment contract to the construction company 'HCC'.

Until the completion of the project and the official documentation, in the declaration period I remain the owner of the property, and with the contract reached in April 2021, as a co-investor, I am the owner of 37% m2 of the spaces that will be built ", declared Haradinaj.

He stated that he has another house, which he said he bought on credit.

According to him, the house has an area of ​​500 square meters and is worth 202 thousand euros.

Also, Haradinaj said that he owns an apartment with an area of ​​213 square meters, which according to him had a value of 70 thousand euros in construction, in August 2017. Haradinaj said that he has partially paid for this apartment.

While in joint ownership, Haradinaj has declared a villa of 405 m2, worth 120 thousand euros, which according to him, he bought with family funds.

In total, the value of Haradinaj's real estate, which he owns and co-owns, amounts to 1 million 64 thousand 300 euros.

Ramush Haradinaj stated that in the name of his wife he has a car worth 8 thousand euros, bought in 2013.

Former Prime Minister Haradinaj has stated that he and his wife have shares in a private company, each of 50%.

The firm name is 'HCC'.

While on behalf of his wife, he stated that she has 100% shares in a company called "Mamo LLC".

Regarding cash, Haradinaj stated that he owns 24 thousand 327 euros and 73 cents, while in the name of his wife 8 thousand 931.

Regarding financial obligations, the head of AAK has stated that he has a loan of 111 thousand 850 euros, with a duration of 180 months for the period 2016-2031.

The purpose of this loan, according to the statement, is to buy a home.

Haradinaj has stated that he has a tax liability - VAT from the rent of the house, of 720 euros per month, for 11 months of a calendar year.

While he also stated that he has a financial obligation of 20 thousand euros, which was intended for the apartment.

In terms of income, Ramush Haradinaj has stated that he receives 3,389 euros per month from rent, as well as a disability pension of 225 euros per month.

He also receives a salary as a member of the Assembly, who stated that from April to December 2021 he received 14 thousand 305 euros.

While from the Office of the Prime Minister, as a former Prime Minister he received a salary in the period January - March 2021, in the amount of 2 thousand 657 euros./
