According to Ayurveda, especially in the morning, you should drink ghee mixed with hot water, it proves to be helpful in the problem of constipation.


Raw banana 

Bananas, if raw, can work to increase constipation and if ripe, they are a good source of fiber, due to which constipation is relieved.

That's why you should avoid raw bananas.


Cumin 


According to Ayurveda, cumin should not be eaten in the problem of constipation.

Cumin is dry in effect and it is also called a receptor in Ayurveda, which works to absorb moisture.

Therefore, it should be avoided when there is constipation.

Curd 

Generally curd is considered better for digestion, but in Ayurveda curd is not said to be good for constipation.

Curd is said to be receptive in Ayurveda, as well as it is not considered as the right food item for constipation.
