The Human Rights Center "Viasna" received information that on May 20 riot police came to the Minsk club "Graffiti", where a concert in memory of the leader of the group "Neiro Dubel" Alexander Kulinkovich took place.

It is reported that it happened after the event: people were "laid on the floor" and their phones were checked, no one was detained.

Euroradio has found out the details of the incident.

Most of the spectators of the concert had left by that time - there were 15-20 people in the club.

They were laid on the floor, then their phones were checked.

Riot police said it was "just a check" and they "arrived at a place where destructive elements are gathering."

The "inspection" ended without detentions.

Alyaksandr Kulinkovich, the founder and soloist of the Neira Dubel band, died on August 4, 2018.

He would have turned 50 on May 18.
