It is unclear whether Malti Marie has been officially released from the hospital.

'Malti' is considered a popular girl name in the Hindu community and has several meanings, including a 'little aromatic flower' or 'jasmine flower' and 'moonlight'.

Priyanka, who was born and raised in India, is a Hindu practitioner, while Nick belongs to the Christian faith.

The 29-year-old and 39-year-old who got married in 2018, surprised fans with the news of expecting their first child in a statement shared on social media on January 21st.

They did not disclose further details about the gender or name of their daughter at the time.

"Priyanka does not have any fertility problems that prevent her from having a child, but she is 39 years old now so it is not getting easier," said a source.

"Their busy working hours also mean that it is difficult for them to be physically together to get pregnant when she is ovulating, so some time ago they went through the replacement route," the source added.

Nick and Priyanka expected the baby to be healthy enough to be transferred to a hospital in Los Angeles.

After the birth of their daughter was revealed, People reported that the couple spent 'months renovating the house' and taking their baby to Los Angeles in the Encino neighborhood before the arrival of Malti Marie.
