The highest incidence per 100,000 people is in the municipality of Lom - 388, followed by Berkovitsa - 318, Chiprovtsi - 294, Yakimovo - 284, Boychinovtsi - 247, Medkovets - 234, Montana - 185, Georgi Damyanovo - 93, Varshets - 87, Vulchedrum - 84 and Brusartsi 24 per 100,000 people.

Every seventh inhabitant of the Montana region has successfully fought the disease - 17,747 people have been cured.

1,143 people have died, the Montana Health Inspectorate said.
