Stalin inaugurated a huge job fair near Chennai on Sunday.

More than 500 companies are participating in this fair.

More than 70,000 new job opportunities are available in these companies.

According to an official release issued in this regard, Stalin has handed over appointment letters to 20 candidates as part of the launch of this campaign organized by the Department of Labor Welfare and Skill Development.

Speaking on the occasion, Stalin said that the DMK government's vision is to create employment opportunities based on the educational qualifications and skills of the interested candidates.

According to the release, people from the neighboring districts of Chengalpet, Kancheepuram and Tiruvallur have also participated in the job fair besides the city.

It said that over 500 companies have announced 73,950 vacancies and Chief Minister Stalin has handed over appointment letters to 20 people.


Let us inform that since May 2021, 36 job fairs have been organized in the state, in which 41,213 people have received employment offers.

In this regard, the Chief Minister said that 41,213 people got job offers, out of which 517 were Persons with Disabilities (PWD).
