By sharing a photo of sesame laddus on his Instagram, he has told that they are rich in calcium, manganese and vitamin E.

Sesame seeds are very small in appearance and grow in Sesamum indicum plant.

It contains a good amount of oil.

Their laddoos are eaten a lot in winters because they are hot.
