The other day, thousands of people faced difficulty in getting tickets in electronic form from the website of the iTicket company, which is entrusted with the sale of tickets by the "Karabagh" Football Club.

Due to the sudden collapse of the iTicket.az website, fans who wanted to buy tickets for the match between "Qarabag" and "Viktoria-Plzen" in the play-off stage of the Champions League could not get tickets even though they paid.

Although the site was later corrected, it was seen that only 54 tickets remained in each of the 4 sectors.

It should be noted that this is not the only site that crashed at such an important moment.

The website of the State Housing Construction Agency also crashed on the day of the sale of subsidized apartments.

When it was restored, it turned out that all the apartments were sold.

The State Security Service conducted an investigation on the issue based on citizens' complaints.

It turned out that

a group of people united in advance and intervened in the selection process of apartments through special programs from outside during the sale.

The same happened during the recruitment of teachers.

Access to vacancies on Miq.edu.az website was blocked at night.

Thus, the candidates could not choose schools according to their scores.

That day at 23:00, when the vacancy selection ended, it became clear that many teachers could not make the selection.

The complainants alleged that the selections were rigged.

But why do these sites, which cost a lot of money to create, crash at such sensitive moments?

Why does the job fail every time the site is restored?

How does sales "realize" on crashed sites?

President of Azerbaijan Internet Forum Osman Gunduz thinks that there are several reasons for the problem.

One of them is financial interest:

"First of all, the reason comes from the unprofessionalism of the site's creative staff.

When preparing a resource, its technical and technological conditions should be prepared, how many people can apply to it at the same time, what is its security stability, etc.

On the one hand, the creative team of the portal has deliberately crashed the resource, abusing the services of the resource and pursuing their own financial interests.

Another major problem here is the collapse of the resource after the citizen has paid.

In this case, the citizen cannot use the service while paying."

Osman Günduz added that the interests of society and citizens were sufficiently damaged during all three incidents.

But what does the law say in this case?

Shamil Pashayev, a lawyer, answered the question: "It shows that the system has collapsed on the portal.

When you go in front of the stadium, you see that tickets are sold on the black market.

Self-interest is behind sales portal crashes.

They are responsible according to Article 273 of the "Criminal Code".

Because illegal intervention in computer and information systems, fraud, abuse of people's trust is illegal.

If officials have a hand in this, abuse of official powers, etc.

they can be held responsible with such articles".

But what should those who have paid and cannot get their money back do?

Experts say that in such cases, it is necessary to contact the relevant persons of the portal, which carries out the sale, and ask for help.

If they refuse to pay back the money, you must go to court.
