Keshkul is a type of milk pudding

It is usually served in smaller bowls.

It is often decorated with coconut flour or pistachios and is white in color.

Ingredients:

▪ 1 liter of milk


▪ 1 cup of sugar


▪ 1 bag of vanilla sugar


▪ 40 g of coconut


▪ 1 tablespoon of butter


▪ 1 tablespoon of flour


▪ 200 g of chopped walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts

Preparation:

Pour the milk into a saucepan, then add the coconut, vanilla sugar and sugar.

Pour in the flour, mix everything well so that there are no lumps and heat over low heat, stirring constantly.

Make sure the sugar dissolves well so it doesn't burn at the end.

When boiling, add butter and stir until melted.

Pour the obtained filling into smaller pudding containers that you have wet before.

Let them cool, then decorate them with chopped walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts.

If you want, you can also add chopped fruits of your choice.
