The president of the state has the duty to convene the political parties because of the general chaos that exists in the state.

This is the opinion of the vice president of the Alliance for Albanians, Arben Taravari, who proposes the formation of a temporary government of experts for which all parties will have to agree.

"My appeal is for the political parties to reveal certain experts who for a year or a year and a half would prepare the country for the next parliamentary elections which should be held either next year 2023 or 2024. These names should not be names derived from political parties, but people who are known as experts in various fields, Albanians and Macedonians, whom all political parties would trust because they have professional credibility", declared Arben Taravari, vice president of the Alliance for the Albanians.

In the current situation, constitutional changes are impossible.

Taravari believes that the technical government would be a solution for this as well.

"They should adjust it a little in terms of energy crises, economic crises, health crises, educational crises.

This would be a stabilization of the country and preparation of the country to start the negotiations and to make the eventual constitutional changes which are necessary for our country", said Arben Taravari, vice president of the Alliance for Albanians.

The idea has not been discussed either within the party or with other parties, however Taravari believes that it should be seriously considered in the coming days.

At the moment, OBRM-PDUKM wants early elections and to take power as soon as possible, while SDSM and DUI say that the elections will be held in the regular term in 2024. The idea of the government of none of the other parties have commented on the experts so far.
