Armenia's national football team has been left without a head coach.

According to the Apasport.az website, the contract between the Football Federation of Armenia and Joaquin Caparros was terminated by mutual agreement.

This was caused by the team's failure in the League of Nations.

The team, which was the last in the group in the B league, was relegated to the C division.

It should be noted that the 67-year-old Spanish specialist has been coaching the Armenian national team since March 2020.

It was under his leadership that the team was promoted to League B of the League of Nations last season.
