A gunman killed one individual and wounded four others during a shooting Monday night in Paris.
According to foreign media, the Telegraph reports, two men "got out of a car and shot at individuals sitting on the terrace of a bar", said the local force in northeastern Paris.

The local police have announced that one suspect has already been arrested while the second suspect was on the run.
The local mayor, Francois Vauglin, said that the incident took place in a "shisha bar", where customers had managed to catch one of the suspects.
