After the powerful explosions at the ammunition depot in Dzhankoy in northern Crimea, the pro-Russian separatists have declared a "state of emergency", Sergey Aksyonov announced today.

"We are in an emergency situation", Aksyonov told reporters, stressing that more than 3 thousand people have been evacuated from two regions where the explosion of the ammunition depot took place.
