If you skip the first meal of the day, you tend to overeat during lunch which can result in weight gain, obesity and other such health issues.

Hence, skipping breakfast is never an option.

Here we have brought you a recipe that takes only a few minutes to prepare and is also very easy to make.

It is called sooji balls. 

As the name suggests, this recipe is made of semolina mixed with several spices and then made into small balls.

The best thing about this recipe is that it is steamed instead of fried.

That's why making it healthy.

How To Make Sooji Balls For Breakfast:

To begin making the recipe, first heat oil in a non-stick kadhai, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, grated ginger and finely chopped green chilies.

Fry for a minute or two.

Add water and then add semolina.

Mix until well combined.

Once done, take a small portion of the dough.

Make small balls from the palm.

Then steam them for 5-6 minutes.
