Keke Palmer is getting real about her skin issues.

The "Nope" star posted a candid, makeup-free video to Instagram on Wednesday, sharing the current state of her face and questioning why doctors have yet to "cure" adult acne.

“I was just thinking about the fact that plastic surgeons are awesome, okay?

They can do breast surgery, over the muscle, under the muscle, liposuction, tummy tuck, BBL, they can even implant muscles, I mean, the list goes on,” Palmer, 28, began.

“But they can't figure out how to clean someone's skin?

All these years and all these inventions, you can't figure out how to take the beautiful skin off my backside and put it on my face?”.

The actress of "Hustlers" did not hold back expressing her irritation, continuing: "I'm tired.

I'm done with it.

People here with adult acne are struggling, and you haven't found that cure?

Enough".

In 2020, Palmer revealed that she had been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, which often causes acne as well as facial hair.

At the time, the Alice actress said her skin was “so bad that people in my field offered to pay me to fix it.

I tried everything."
