The FBI has discovered 11 sets of secret documents during the raid carried out at the residence of former US President Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago in Florida.

As the Wall Street Journal reports, some of the secret documents carried the inscription "secret", Telegrafi reports.

US media reports that FBI agents from Trump's vacation home and residence in Palm Beach, Florida, have taken about 20 boxes of documents - including logs - sets of secret government materials, photographs and at least one handwritten document.

Federal agents have seized sets of "secret SCI documents", which is considered the biggest secret.

The agents have also found other secret documents, but not of this level - three sets of secret documents "and three other secret" - of a lower level, the Wall Street Journal report states, among other things.

And among the documents seized from Trump's vacation home were documents about Roger Stone, Trump's staunch loyalist, who was convicted in 2019 after lying to the US Congress regarding the ongoing investigation into Russian involvement in the 2016 presidential election.

The Wall Street Journal writes that documents for the French president were also found during the investigation, but it has not been specified what kind of information it is.
