Satyendra Jain did not get relief from the court

Delhi's AAP government minister Satyendar Jain has received a major setback from the court in the money laundering case.

In fact, the capital's Health Minister Satyendar Jain did not get bail.

Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain's bail plea has been rejected by the court in the money laundering case.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) raided several locations of Satyendra Jain and his associates.

After which further action is going on against them.

Satyendra Jain is currently in jail in judicial custody in the money laundering case.

It was reportedly claimed by the ED that cash and jewelery worth crores of rupees was recovered in raids of Delhi government minister Satyendar Jain and his associates.

Enforcement claimed that 2.23 crore cash was found with Prakash Jeweler in raids while 41.5 lakh cash and 133 gold coins were found with another associate Vaibhav Jain.

Whereas Rs 20 lakh cash has been found with GS Matharu. 

According to the ED, many important documents and digital records were seized in the raid.

Also, a total of Rs 2.85 crore in cash and 133 gold coins have been found, weighing around 1.80 kg, whose source was not given any information.

A Delhi court had on Tuesday reserved its order on the bail plea of ​​Satyendar Jain.

Jain has been arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case.

Special Judge Geetanjali Goel had reserved his order after hearing the arguments of ED as well as Jain.

The agency had detained Jain under criminal sections of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
