make bael juice To make bael juice, first break the vine and take out its pulp with a spoon.

Using your fingers, mash the pulp and remove the seeds.

The seeds are quite bitter so make sure not to miss any seeds.

Now add cold water to it and mash it again slowly.

Now put it in a sieve and with the help of a wooden spoon press it through the sieve.

Add sugar to the juice that comes out of the sieve and stir till it dissolves completely.

Pour the juice of bael in a large container and add ice cubes, crushed mint leaves.

Mix and serve chilled.

You can also add a pinch of salt.
