The correspondent of "Important Histories" managed to confirm the identity of at least four soldiers of the brigade - one of them, Daniil Frolkin, confessed to the murder of Ruslan Yaramchuk, a resident of Andreyevka.

The soldiers of the Russian army were in Andreevka from the end of February to the beginning of April.

After their retreat, according to eyewitnesses, the village was left with hundreds of destroyed and looted houses, more than a dozen bodies of killed civilians, as well as 25 photos taken on the stolen phone of one of the villagers.

In those photos, journalists identified four soldiers of the 64th brigade from Khabarovsk: Daniil Frolkin, Dmitriy Danilov, Ruslan Glotov and Ivan Shapyalenko.

Many residents of Andreevka remembered the soldiers from these pictures and told about their involvement in robberies, looting and murders.

Frolkin told the publication that the command [commanders of the 64th motorized rifle brigade — Azatbek Amurbekov, Siarhei Dmitrenko, Vyacheslav Klabukov, Dzianis Ramanenko, Andrei Prokurat] ordered him and several other colleagues to search the houses of three residents of Andreevka.

"We took them to three houses, they showed the houses.

There were no photos of them in the houses.

That is, it was not their houses in fact.

The third generally lived in some kind of ruin.

They had a bundle of money with them: hryvnias, bucks, all kinds of shit.

The lieutenant colonel who was with us, Aleksandr Prokurat, took this money for himself, and gave the rest - documents, telephones - to us and said: "We'll spend them."

That's all, I went and let [one of them] go to waste," Frolkin said under the video recording.

Later, Frolkin identified the victim from the photo and confirmed that he shot Ruslan Yaramchuk in the back of the head.

The widow confirmed the nature of the injury.

Based on the details of Frolkin's story, it can be concluded that on the same day, March 12, together with Yaramchuk, the Russian military killed at least two more residents of Andreevka - Vadim Hanyuk and Vitaly Kibukevich.

In June, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Iryna Venadiktova, accused nine soldiers from Tuva of murdering civilians in the village of Yagadnye, Chernihiv region.

All military personnel from the list are servicemen of the Russian military unit No. 55115. According to the data of the Prosecutor General, they are involved in the torture and murder of civilians.

Ukraine has opened dozens of criminal cases for violation of the laws and customs of war.

The first convict - Irkutsk soldier Vadim Shishimarin - was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of a civilian.

At the end of June, the appellate court reduced his sentence.
