Hearing in this matter will be held on Friday i.e. tomorrow.

New Delhi:

The Enforcement Directorate (ED)

has reached the Delhi High Court

regarding the custody of Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain .

The Enforcement Directorate has challenged the lower court's condition in the Delhi High Court, in which it has been said that the presence of Satyendar Jain's lawyer during the interrogation.

The Delhi High Court has agreed to hear the Enforcement Directorate's petition soon and the matter will be heard on Friday i.e. tomorrow.

The Enforcement Directorate has filed a petition in the Delhi HC saying that the presence of a lawyer during Jain's custodial interrogation will make no sense for Jain's ED custody.

In fact, Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court has sent Satyendra Jain to ED custody till June 9 in the money laundering case.

The court, on the request of Jain's counsel, allowed the lawyer to be present during the custodial interrogation and said that he could observe the process of interrogation from a distance.

But can't hear.

Let us inform that Satyendra Jain has been arrested by the ED in the case of alleged money laundering.

In this regard, Delhi CM Kejriwal

has held a press conference on Thursday

, in which he said that "I think that by putting Satyendra Jain and Manish Sisodia in jail in fake cases, these people are doing good work in the field of education and health in Delhi." Want to stop them but don't worry, I won't let this happen. All the good work will continue."

At the same time, all the departments of Delhi Government Minister Satyendar Jain have been handed over to Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia.

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has been given additional responsibility of departments like Health, Power, Industries, Urban Development, Irrigation and Flood Control and Water.

All these portfolios were with Satyendra Jain and for the time being he will continue to be a minister without portfolio.
