Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who is on a visit to Jammu and Kashmir, addressed a public meeting in Baramulla today.

Addressing the public meeting, Amit Shah said that earlier it was a terrorist hotspot, today it is a tourist hotspot.

Earlier 6 lakh tourists used to come here every year, today 22 lakh tourists have come here till October.

This has given employment to many youths.

For the last 70 years, Mufti and Company, Abdullah's son was in power here.

But housing was not provided for 1 lakh homeless people.

Modi ji gave houses to these 1 lakh people between 2014-2022. 

Amit Shah further said that Gupkar model has stones, closed colleges, guns for youth and Modi model has IIMs, IITs, AIIMS, NEET for youth.

There is education for the youth.

They don't want stones.

Modi ji has done little to get the youth educated by taking stones from their hands.

Let us tell you that the Union Home Minister started a three-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir on Monday.

He had met several delegations on Monday.

On Tuesday, he visited Mata Vaishno Devi temple in Katra and addressed a public meeting in Rajouri.
