Ukraine expects that the administration of the President

of the United States

will fulfill its assurances and that all necessary decisions to provide assistance will be made.

Minister of Finance Serhii Marchenko stated

He noted that receiving help from Western partners is critically necessary.

"Of course, it's critical, but I wouldn't say that we won't pass, or decisions won't be made. That is, we believe that decisions will be made, and now we have received all the necessary assurances from the administration that decisions will be made. There are several options, how it can be implemented," Marchenko said.

In addition, the minister expressed hope that Ukraine will receive the necessary assistance from Western partners.

"Regarding the plans, if we have difficulties, we will contact the countries that have given assurances regarding the International Monetary Fund program and talk to them about increasing their package, their share of aid to Ukraine," Marchenko said.

supported the decision regarding the multi-year program of financial assistance for Ukraine in the amount of 50 billion euros
