Wall Street opened today's last trading session of the week. Stronger-than-expected job growth and a fall in U.S. unemployment provide more arguments for the resilience of the country's labor market and dampen hopes that the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates in early 2024.

Industrial Dow Jones fell 32.56 points, or 0.09 percent, to 36,084.82 points.

The wider Standard & Poor's 500 fell 9.39 points, or 0.20 percent, to 4576,20.<> points.

Technological Nasdaq wiped out 60.54 points, or 0.42 percent, to 14,279.46 points.
