Many hoteliers in our country are abandoning the all-inclusive system because of the increase in the price of food products. This new trend was commented by Pavlin Kosev, Chairman of the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association in the sea capital.
"In the new packages offered by the accommodation, only breakfast and dinner are included in the accommodation," he said.

According to Kosev, many hoteliers say that the results this year have not met their expectations, and the main factor is the increased costs due to inflation.
I don't think the season was bad. Now we live in times of force majeure and various challenges arise for the industry, he told BNR.
According to him, successful will be those hoteliers who quickly manage to adapt and find the right solutions.
