The New York Stock Exchange's major indexes opened today's trading with negligible growth as investors await the upcoming two-day meeting of the US Federal Reserve Administration, which starts tomorrow. Many market participants predict that the Fed will not raise interest rates at this meeting, but hope to get guidance on the future interest rate policy of the US central bank.
