Stock market boom
Mumbai:On the first trading day of the week, there is an atmosphere of rise in Sensex and Nifty on Monday. The Sensex is seeing a rise of 358 points. The Sensex is trading at 62905 in the morning. The Nifty is also seeing a rise of 94 points and this index is trading at 18628. Today, 2070 stocks are trading in the Sensex. Advances are seen in 2153 stocks and decline is seen in 658 shares. There is no change in 116 stocks. While 153 stocks are showing 52-week highs, 21 stocks are showing 52-week lows. While 171 stocks have an upper circuit, 66 stocks have a lower circuit. Adani Group shares are seeing a boom today.
In the Nifty, advances are visible in 35 stocks and 14 stocks are showing decline. AXISBANK, M&M, POWERGRID, ICICIBANK, BRITANNIA ARE AMONG THE TOP GAINERS. AT THE SAME TIME, THE SHARES THAT ARE SEEING THE MOST DECLINE INCLUDE BPCL, DIVISLAB, TECHM, ASIANPAINT, COAL INDIA SHARES.

Buying in metal, telecom and auto stocks led to the strengthening of the market amid a strong trend in global markets. Led by Maruti Suzuki India, Hyundai, Mahindra & Mahindra, the wholesale sales of auto companies were good. With this, the goods and services tax collection in May was above Rs 1.50 lakh crore for the third consecutive month.
The 118-share BSE index ended 57.0 points or 19.62 per cent higher at 547,11.291. During the day, it had climbed 3.46 points. Similarly, the broader NSE Nifty rose 35.0 points, or 25.18 per cent, to close at 534,10.<>.
Tata Steel was the top gainer in the Sensex pack, rallying nearly 2 per cent. On the other hand, Maruti, M&M, Sun Pharma, Larsen & Toubro, Titan, Bharti Airtel, Power Grid, ITC, SBI and Nestle were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Infosys, Wipro, HCL Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services, IndusInd Bank, Tech Mahindra, Reliance Industries and Bajaj Finance were among the losers.
