As of May 29, 2023, PrivatBank suspended the acceptance of cash dollars and euros at self-service terminals and ATMs.

Writes about it "Ministry of Finance" with reference to the press service of the bank.

"Currently, there is no possibility to conduct currency exchange operations, replenishment of currency cards, foreign currency deposits, repayment of foreign currency loans in the self-service terminal. To conduct transactions, customers can contact the cash desk of the bank branch," the message says.

According to the publication, the problem is due to the fact that customers often use old bills for circulation. PrivatBank was the only Ukrainian bank that accepted foreign currency through terminals.

To recap, the Ministry of Energy answered whether they would continue to raise electricity prices.
