The National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE will exclude Adani Enterprises Ltd., which was put under short-term additional surveillance measure on May 25, from the framework from Friday.

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the BSE will exclude Adani Enterprises' securities from short-term additional surveillance measures (ASM) from June 2. Adani's flagship company was placed in the short-term ASM framework on May 25.

The Gautam Adani-led company has more than doubled its net profit on a year-on-year basis for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. The company has earned a profit of Rs 137.722 crore with a growth of 48% year-on-year.

On May 13, the company had announced plans to raise Rs 12,500 crore through qualified institutional placements (QIP).

Shares of Adani Enterprises closed 0.11% higher at Rs 2,496 on Thursday.
