Member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, Representative of the President in the Verkhovna Rada Fedir Venislavsky announced the adoption of a new law on fair payments to the military on the front line and in the rear.

He said this on May 28 on the air of a telethon.

Venislavsky stressed that a meeting had been held with the participation of all political forces of the Parliament and law enforcement agencies defending Ukraine at the front. After that, he announced the creation of a new bill on payments to the military, which will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada.

"A certain project has already been developed. We can say that it is at the stage of finalization. And I think that in the near future he has every chance to get the relevant bill and get to the consideration of the hall," said Fedir Venislavsky.

The politician added that this law will provide adequate payments to all military: those at the front and those who perform tasks in the rear. There will also be a clause on monetary support for students of higher military educational institutions and conscripts.

"Of course, this is also a certain level of injustice, because they also devote their lives to the dangerous activities that we see at the front. All this is taken into account and there are practically no disputes and discussions between representatives of the security and defense sector and between politicians. I am convinced that this will be finalized in the near future," Venislavsky said.

To recap, the Verkhovna Rada is preparing a bill on salaries for the military, which will provide for an increase in payments to conscripts to the level of the "minimum salary" and bonuses for participation in the offensive.
