Wang Jinrong, deputy director of the Labor Conditions and Employment Equality Department of the Ministry of Labor, pointed out that the increase in the number of people this time is mainly concentrated in the manufacturing and support services industries, with an increase of 357 and 286 respectively.
In terms of manufacturing industry, the one with the largest number of people is the metal-related manufacturing industry, which mainly manufactures metal powder, forging and metallurgy products.
Wang Jinrong pointed out that the company had implemented a 3-month unpaid leave from October to December last year. This time, due to the decrease in export orders, it decided to resume the implementation. It is expected to be implemented for 3 months. Each month depends on the nature of the work. The reduction in the number of working days varies from 3 to 10 days.
For the supporting service sector, there are 69 more companies with 286 employees, most of them are small travel agencies, and they will be implemented sequentially.
According to Wang Jinrong's analysis, the data of this period is still affected by the end-of-month effect. Due to the consecutive holidays in early April, the general unpaid leave agreement is mostly one season. After the holidays are over and work resumes, the evaluation will be based on the status of the order. Therefore, the number of people in the previous period has dropped by nearly 6,000.
Wang Jinrong pointed out that, after all, after the end of the first quarter, companies will prudently evaluate whether to continue the implementation based on the order status. Since the number of people who have rebounded in this period is not large, it is possible to rebound in the follow-up (next period), especially in the manufacturing industry. It still depends on the status of the order. If the order decreases, the implementation must continue.
