The Ministry of Economic Affairs explained that for young entrepreneurs who apply for the "Youth Entrepreneurship and Startup Fund Loan" and enjoy interest subsidies, if the Chunghwa Post Company's fixed deposit interest rate is increased by half a yard, the subsidy interest rate will be increased from 2.045% to 2.17%.

In addition, small and medium-sized businesses affected by the epidemic can enjoy interest subsidies if they apply for the "Ministry of Economic Affairs Fund Relief and Revitalization Loan for Business Difficulty Affected by Severe Specific Infectious Pneumonia". The subsidized interest rate of revitalization loans will be increased from 1.435%, 2.47%, 1.47% to 1.56%, 2.595% and 1.595% respectively, and the maximum subsidy amount per household will remain unchanged at NT$220,000, NT$55,000 and NT$220,000.
