[Reporter Zhong Lihua/Taipei Report] The Legislative Yuan will pass a post-epidemic special budget of nearly 380 billion yuan in third reading today (24th), including 141.7 billion yuan in general cash.

After today's budget is passed, and then announced by the President, it is expected to take effect on the 27th.

The first batch of people who have completed registration and entry, directly distributed to disadvantaged groups, and distributed in rural areas can receive 6,000 yuan in cash as soon as April 6.

As for "ATM Cash Pickup" will open on the 14th after the budget takes effect, "Post Office Cash Pickup" will open on the 21st after the budget comes into effect, so it is estimated that the ATM Cash Pickup will open on April 10, and the Post Office Cash Pickup will be on April 17. However, the actual launch date will be announced by the Executive Yuan.
