In addition to accelerating the use of renewable energy, in order to achieve the goal of net zero, Far EasTone has launched various energy efficiency improvement plans since 2021, including the replacement of directly-operated store signs and exhibition lighting with LED high-efficiency lamps and the replacement of first-class energy-efficient air conditioners. At present, more than 3,000 lamps and about 800 high-efficiency air conditioners have been replaced. After comprehensive replacement, 1,300 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced each year, maximizing energy efficiency, and providing customers with a comfortable and energy-saving service experience.

In addition, Far EasTone also implements the electrification plan of official vehicles, aiming to fully electrify official vehicles by 2030, which is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 900 metric tons per year; the computer room of Far EasTone Data Center adopts innovative external air energy-saving technology and introduces low-temperature external air The air is used as a server to cool down the air after being mixed with precision adjustment, successfully reducing the electricity consumption of the air conditioner in autumn and winter by more than 50%, and greatly reducing the carbon emission of the computer room.
