Regarding my country's export prospects, Lin Bofeng believes that the slowdown of the global economy and the continued risk of the US-China technology war will affect my country's exports, and Taiwan's economic prospects are worrisome.

In this regard, Lin Bofeng first suggested that the government come forward to coordinate with the banks and provide assistance to enterprises with financial turnover needs.

In terms of market expansion and competitiveness enhancement strategies, Lin Bofeng suggested that we should deepen the "brand Taiwan" to increase added value, enhance the green export competitiveness of my country's industries, and actively negotiate and sign free trade agreements to expand the market, including central and eastern Europe, which is a hub. , Southeast Asia, and Northern Europe where innovation complements each other.

Lin Bofeng also suggested that, in addition to expanding the scale of domestic service trade and expanding the export of service trade, we should also examine the connotation of export commodities, find out niche products and marketing models, and create export trade momentum through "digital links".

In response to my country's reduction in dependence on China, Lin Bofeng believes that cross-strait economic and trade is the driving force of my country's economy, and hopes that the government will take the initiative to show "goodwill" and take actions to warm up cross-strait relations. He emphasized that "the two sides of the strait are one family."

Lin Bofeng suggested that the government restart the communication mechanism between the SEF and the ARATS, and first communicate on cross-strait agricultural and fishery products and food trade, and encourage local governments, political parties, business groups and other non-governmental organizations to exchange visits with China.

In terms of cross-strait business exchanges and transportation, Lin Bofeng called for the resumption of all cross-strait direct flights, the cancellation of the restrictions on the three-way connection, and the loosening of business activities such as cross-strait business contracts, internal transfers of multinational companies, and Chinese-funded investment managers coming to Taiwan. "Religious activities" on both sides of the strait.

In addition, as the National Science and Technology Council is currently working on the "National Core and Key Technology List", Lin Bofeng believes that it is not appropriate to include projects that have been opened for investment in China.

Lin Bofeng also announced that the Sansanhui has been planned to travel to Nanjing, Wuxi, Huai'an, Yancheng, Kunshan and other places in China from May 22 to 26 this year to visit the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council and local Taiwanese business associations to learn about China's economic policies and listen to Difficulties encountered by local Taiwanese businessmen in investment and operation.
