In terms of energy issues, in order to meet Taiwan's goal of net zero carbon emissions by 2050, 56% of chamber members have formally committed to implementing net zero emissions and using 100% renewable energy.

Respondents said that Taiwan's most worrying energy issues are: electricity supply (74%), grid resilience (70%), and availability of green energy (68%).

Respondents expect the Taiwan government to focus on the most important areas within three years, and the top five are: cross-strait relations (55%), manpower development (44%), sufficient energy (42%), and national security (40%) , Develop a bilateral trade agreement with the United States (30%).
