Zeng Jingde said that the number of buildings bought and sold last year showed a recession for the first time in the past six years. Especially when housing prices hit a record high, buying momentum has weakened. In addition, the overall environment’s support for the housing market has weakened. It has risen to close to 2%. With the recent weak economic performance, cooling inflation expectations, and policy crackdowns on real estate speculation, the public has gradually become conservative in their views on future housing prices.
