Several companies with Belarusian roots were among the largest taxpayers of the IT sector in Lithuania.

These are Wargaming Vilnius (€ 8.5 million), Melsoft LT (€ 4.1 million) and Gurtam (€ 2.5 million), writes Officelife.

Epam sistemos, Wargaming Vilnius and Melsoft LT, according to the calculations of the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, are among the top 500 most important taxpayers of the country in 2022.

In it, they took the 128th, 165th and 404th lines, respectively.

Last year was a record year for the representation of companies with Belarusian roots.

The private seller of technical salt LIT Salt Trade paid the most taxes.

The company took 126th place.

In addition to the Lithuanian market, LIT Salt Trade also operates on the markets of Latvia, Poland and Estonia.

The list also includes the manufacturer and distributor of optics Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide (174th place and €7.9 million in taxes paid) and Vidar Baltic (225th line and €5.7 million).

Vidar Baltic is a reorganized sales structure of one of the world's largest fodder producers, Sodruznast Group.

It used to be called Sodrugestvo Baltija.

The regional ratings included sanatorium "Belarus" in Druskeniki (€ 0.6 million) and metal trader Prekubos namai BMZ-Baltija in Shavly (€ 1.5 million).
