Budget 2023: The first phase of the budget session will run till 13 February.

Budget 2023: Today i.e. on January 31, the budget session has started with the address of President Draupadi Murmu.

The first phase of the budget session will continue till February 13.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is going to present Budget 2023 tomorrow i.e. on Wednesday.

In his address with the beginning of the budget session, the President mentioned many decisions and achievements of the central government related to the common people, about which it is very important for you to know.

The President said that with Jan Dhan Yojana, for the first time in the country, women have reached equal to men in banking related facilities.

At the same time, today the money of more than 300 schemes is being sent directly to the accounts of the beneficiaries.

So far, with complete transparency, more than Rs 27 lakh crore has been sent to the accounts of crores of people.

With the Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, a secure future has been ensured for crores of daughters of the country.

Further, he said that there are 11 crore farmers of the country in the priority of the government.

We are working to improve rural infrastructure for farming.

Under this, farmers are being benefited by drone technology.

Under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi (Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi), more than 2.25 lakh crore help was given to small farmers.

The special thing in this is that there are more than 3 crore women among these beneficiaries.

These women farmers have received Rs 54,000 crore so far.

Not only this, people earning their living through fisheries were linked with the facility of Kisan Credit Card. 

  • The government has given houses to more than 3.5 crore families in the last few years.

    On an average, 11,000 houses have been built for the poor in India every day under the housing scheme.

  • With the aim of providing water to every household, the government started the Jal Jeevan Mission.

    In this, about 11 crore families were connected with piped water supply in 3 years.

  • Under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, more than 50 crore countrymen have been given free treatment facility.

    This scheme has saved the country from spending 80 thousand crores of crores of poor farmers.

  • Under the PM Garib Kalyan Yojana (PM Garib Kalyan Yojana), the government has spent three and a half lakh crore rupees to distribute free food grains.

    According to the new circumstances, it has been decided to run this scheme further.

  • The cost of freight has come down due to the implementation of the National Logistics Policy.

  • The turnover of Khadi Village Industries has been registered above 1 lakh crore.

  • Under the Mudra Yojana (PM Mudra Loan Yojana), loans worth more than 700 crores have been disbursed everyday.
