The country's largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki has recalled 17,362 of its cars.

This list includes big models like Alto K10, S-Presso, Ecco, Brezza, Baleno and Grand Vitara.

The company has given this information in a regulatory filing.

The company has told that there is a fault in the airbag controller, which will be rectified by the company by bringing back the vehicles.

At the same time, the manufacturing of such cars took place between 8 December 2022 and 12 January 2023.

Along with this, the company has said that the company itself will fix this deficiency in the vehicles and for this the vehicle owner will not have to pay any cost. 

Let us tell you that Maruti Suzuki India Limited has given a big blow in the first month of the new year itself.

On Monday i.e. December 16, Maruti Suzuki India had announced to increase the prices of all its models by about 1.1 percent.

Along with this, the vehicle company has increased the prices of vehicles for the second time in a row in the current financial year.

Earlier, the company had decided to increase the price of vehicles in April 2022.
