The average price of Ural oil for the period from December 15, 2021 to January 14, 2022 amounted to $46.82 per barrel, the Russian Ministry of Finance reported on its website, TASS reported.

This means that Russian oil was quoted below the ceiling of $60 per barrel imposed by the West, notes Reuters. 

As of 11:50 a.m. Bulgarian time, the price of Ural oil on the European spot market (CFR) reached $56.15 per barrel, investing.com informs.

"Calculations by the Ministry of Finance of Russia show that the duty on oil exports from the Russian Federation from February 1, 2023 will be reduced by $3.9 and will reach $12.8 per ton of crude oil," it said. the announcement of the Russian Ministry of Finance. 

Russian oil exports plummeted

The export duty on gasoline intended for sale is lowered to $3.8 per ton, and on diesel to $7 per ton.

For the export of liquefied natural gas, the duty will amount to 21 dollars per ton. 

Earlier it was reported that as of January 1, the export duty for oil in Russia is at the level of 16.7 dollars per ton, notes TASS.

Ural grade oil is the main raw material that is processed at the Lukoil Neftohim Burgas oil refinery, the chairman of the Bulgarian Oil and Gas Association (BPGA) Zivodar Terziev said in March, quoted by BTA.
