The positive trend in the agricultural machinery market in our country, which began in 2021, continued in the following year. This is shown by the report of the Control and Technical Inspection to the Ministry of Agriculture for the new registered machines, which is now publicly available.
According to statistics, new wheeled tractors registered in 2022 are 1,418. This means 116 more than the same period last year (+8.91 percent).
Comparing the data to the January-September period, it is reported that 272 units were recorded in the last quarter of 2022.
2021 saw record growth in this category over the previous year, up 38.48 percent.
For combine harvesters, this year's harvest also reported good results with 219 new machines registered for 2022, which is an increase of 18.38 percent compared to 2021. For the last quarter of the past year, 24 combine harvesters were reported.

For telehandlers, the numbers also show growth, with 363 new machines registered, or 9.67 percent up on 2021. In the October-December period, 85 units were registered.
For front-end loaders, the negative trend is maintained – 208 new registered machines for 2022, or 6.73 percent less than in 2021. In the last quarter of the past year, 59 new front-end loaders were registered.
