On the 12th local time, she called on the Economic Committee of the Lithuanian National Assembly and the Cross-Party Taiwan Relations Group, and attended the "Freedom Digital Democracy Dialogue" forum. Tang Feng also went to apply for Liguo natural person certificates, and the Digital Department will study and analyze how Taili and Taiwan recognize each other's digital certificates.

The Ministry of Digital Affairs stated that on the morning of the 12th, Tang Feng, accompanied by Ambassador Huang Junyao in Lithuania, called on the Economic Committee of the National Assembly and the Taiwan Friendship Group. During the meeting, Lithuanian parliamentarians were concerned about how Taiwan can respond to foreign threats and enhance social resilience. Tang Feng shared that the Chinese civil society and the information security industry have worked together to establish policies such as multi-party verification mechanisms, media literacy courses, and youth participation. The two sides interacted enthusiastically.

Tang Feng then attended the "Free Digital Democracy Dialogue" (F3D) forum jointly organized by the School of International Relations and Politics of Vilnius University in Lithuania, the education and training institution "Forward Academy" and the Ministry of Digital Affairs. The theme was "Digitalization How to bring about an infinite future".

During the meeting, Tang Feng emphasized our country's determination to defend democracy and maintain peace together with global partners through digital technology.

She pointed out that in the face of the ever-expanding threat of totalitarianism, the democratic camp must not only devote itself to improving the digital literacy of the public, but also introduce information security measures such as zero trust architecture as soon as possible; she hopes that Taiwan and Liberia will continue to deepen bilateral exchanges and help each other strengthen digital resilience.

In addition, on the 12th, accompanied by Aušrinė Armonaitė, Minister of Economic Innovation of Lithuania, Tang Feng went to apply for the Lithuanian natural person certificate in person to experience the promotion of the country's digital government.

Tang Feng said that, as the competent authority of the "Electronic Signature Law", the Ministry of Digital Affairs will study and analyze how Taiwan and Liberal parties can achieve equality, reciprocity, and mutual recognition of digital certificates, so as to enhance the convenience of business activities between my country and the European Union.

In the evening, Tang Feng and Zygimantas Pavilionis, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly, participated in the "Freedom Defenders Day" commemorative bonfire held outside the Capitol, mourning the people of the National Congress who lost their lives due to Soviet suppression in 1991.

The Ministry of Digital Affairs stated that digital transformation not only drives industrial innovation, but also an opportunity for cross-border alliances in a democratic society.

Tang Feng exchanged views with Lithuanian industry, government and academia during this trip, hoping to make bilateral relations closer.
