Tesla's main Shanghai factory has been facing production and logistical obstacles caused by the epidemic, as well as growing demand concerns.

Tesla's Q4 delivery volume was lower than market expectations. According to Reuters' previous report, Tesla's Shanghai plant will continue the production reduction plan that started in December to January this year.

Tesla is expected to hold an investor day at the Austin plant on March 1, at which time it may unveil plans for expansion and capital allocation.
